  • Ball Striking Clinic

    The focus of this clinic is to create the proper training environment for repitition on ball-striking.  A step by step break down of the technique behind striking the ball for power is necessary to see vast improvements with this important technical skill within the game.  Striking with different surfaces of the feet will also be covered within a variety of game-like scenarios for players to repeat for success.  Join us and bring your best goal-scoring celebrations!

  • Defending 101

    The outcome of a match often depends on a team's ability to defend! This clinic focuses on how to correctly defend in 1v1, small group, and support situations. Learn the principles of delay, depth, compaction, balance, and disipline. Sessions are typically 60 mintues and cover a variety of skills including tackling, anticipating and closing down the opponent, support angles, when to step in, and more.
