Total Keeper – Summer 2

Summer Session 2: July 28th – August 29th 2025

Goalkeepers only! Topics will include (but are not limited to!) diving and shot stopping, plus goalkeeper-specific ball handling and agility training.

Program Highlights

  • 60-minute training sessions
  • Classes are limited to eight players max
  • Train with goalkeeping coaches from top collegiate, high school, and club programs

Ages: With a laser focus on this highly specialized position, our program has three age groups:

  • Total Keeper 1: Foundations (ages 7-10) builds technique
  • Total Keeper 2: Developmental (ages 11-13) refines skills
  • Total Keeper 3: Advanced (ages 14+) elevates expertise with power and precision.
